The Problem
When a user clicks "Generate Invoice" and waits 20 seconds for a response, that's a problem. But without observability into the browser-side experience, it's invisible to your monitoring stack. When Azure queue depth quietly grows, that's a problem too — but it requires KQL expertise to even notice.
